In 18-karat gold, these are pendants I have designed using gemstones from my travels. A swiveling knife-edge bar suspends the larger stone the one above it. From left to right: round blue zircon with emerald-cut morganite, $1,700; round peridot with marquise citrine quartz,, $1,500 ; and trillion peridot with blue zircon, $1,200.  In sterling silver, this delicately rendered butterfly measures almost 2" across, and is stamped "ITALY". $75. It comes from an estate with several other silver and costume items, all affordibly priced. (This item will go to Consignment Shop.)
